How to replace linear bearings inside Aluminum linear ball bearing ?

It’s sad to find that the linear bearings in Aluminum linear ball bearing are broken, but Aluminum housing is still new and functional.
What can you do now? Throw out the complete Aluminum linear ball bearing? Please don’t.
You can replace broken linear bearings with new ones yourselves.
I will show you how to do. It’s quite simple. You only need a ring clamp to do so. 

First, take out snap rings on both sides of aluminum linear ball bearing. 

Second, take out linear bearings.

 

Third, Replace broken linear bearings with new ones. 

Forth, install new linear bearings inside aluminum housing. 

Fifth, install snap rings on each side of aluminum housing. 

All finished, well done. Isn’t it easy?
