How to remove linear sliders?

Over time, you may need to remove the linear carriages for cleaning and maintenance.

Please butt the transport rail to the end of the linear rail. Make sure to fully slide the carriage into the transport rail since the wire can’t hold balls alone.

When you find one or two balls missing, please don’t worry. To ensure the carriages run smoothly in hot weather, or are not jammed easily by silly particles or grease, the last balls are not put for purpose.

When reassembling linear sliders, please butt the transport rail to the linear rail, and fully slide the sliders into the rails. Otherwise, the sliders might be broken and balls drop out.
